These days, stars are doing more and more to show their fans that they care. Suprise visits with loyal fans are becoming a normal act of kindness which is great.

America’s Sweetheart Taylor Swift was touched by a story that caught her eye on social media. People from all over created the hashtag, #DelaneyMeetsTaylor in order for Taylor to make one girls wish come true.

Delaney Clements is a huge fan of Taylor Swift. Not only is she a Swift fan, but she is also a cancer patient. She has been battling cancer for about 5 years. One of her only wishes was to meet Taylor Swift.

Swift traveled to Grand Junction where she met up with Delaney. They took plenty of selfies and had a wonderful time. Delaney will reportedly start hospice soon.

Shout out to Taylor Swift on making this young girls dreams come true!
