The home cost them a whopping $14.1 million, which is almost $10 million more than what Rih paid.

The home features 8 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with two islands, home theater, private library, sauna room, an office, a gym, multiple balconies, high ceilings, three fire places, and much more.
The home also features a swimming pools on the terrace and a small terrace in the backyard with the views all the way to the ocean for a mini-getaway. From this home, the parents-to-be can get a nearly full 360 degree view of Beverly Hills.
Rihanna bought the home back in 2009 for $6.9 million, but was turned off by what appeared to be a moisture leakage problem in the home. The Umbrella singer sued the remodeling company and sold the home in 2011 for $5.03 million, nearly $2 million less than what she paid (we’re sure the lawsuit made up for it lol). After being remolded the home was placed back on the market in 2012 for $9.95 million.
Now since the Legends bought it recently (2016) for $14.1 million we’re guessing some serious upgrades may have been done for the price hike OR it could simply be a matter of the economy getting stronger. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful home. Congrats John and Chrissy Legend!
