Mary J. Blige isn’t keeping the public guessing after rumors of her impending divorce to husband and longtime manager Martin “Kendu” Isaacs made headlines yesterday (July 28).

A member of the R&B veteran’s camp released a statement to People to confirm the news that Blige’s marriage has run its course after 13 years. “Ms. Blige is saddened to say it is true that she has filed for divorce, saying sometimes things don’t work how we hoped they would,” the rep said. “But, there is a divine plan and a reason for everything.”

Blige has reportedly cited irreconcilable differences as the source of her divorce and has pursued termination of spousal support.

After 13 years of marriage, singer and actress Mary J. Blige has filed for divorce from her husband and manager Martin “Kendu” Isaacs, according to TMZ.

Blige and Isaacs got married in 2003, and Blige has listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She has also reportedly asked the judge to block Isaacs’ ability to pursue alimony.

While the exact reasoning for this split currently remains unknown, there have been signals of trust issues coming from this now ex-couple in the past. Specifically, the No More Drama singer does not believe married people should have friends of the opposite sex.

WELP!! it’s finally over. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have taken the final step in getting divorced.

According to TMZ Sports, Khloe and Lamar both signed legal docs that will officially end their marriage. Court records show the documents were filed with the court on Friday. All that’s left is a judge’s signature, and they’re officially single.

It’s been a long time coming. Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013 and sat on it for more than a year. There was no activity in the file, to the point the judge threatened to dismiss the case.  Khloe and Lamar both waffled on the divorce, and at times they talked reconciliation.

For the second time in three years, Monique Mosley has decided to hit the off switch on her matrimony to four-time Grammy-winning producer and songwriter Timbaland.

According to Bossip, Mosley petitioned for the divorce on June 22 with some pretty pricey requests to go along with it. Permanent alimony, life insurance, private school funds, vacations and summer camps were among the list of demands Mrs. Mosley has her eye on.

Bossip also reported that she wishes for Timbaland to pay her court fees, claiming that a friend helped her pay for the lawyer to back her end of the divorce settlement.
