#BBB NEWS| Highlites With IK (HWIK): Music Episode Feat. Producer Sarz, Show Dem Camp And More [PHOTOS]

Who makes the music? The artists or the producers? That's the question most people always have on their minds and on this exciting episode of Highlites with Ik, music was discussed and who is better to help us understand the art than artists and some music producers.

Present on the couch to shed light this exciting topic (which i personally find imteresting) was producer Sarz and Ikon and artists Show Dem Camp.

The artists think they make music while the producers think they are the boss. Who do you think? after the interview, the show ends with Show Dem Camp performing their song "Happy Weekend".

Find below photos from the shoot which airs on Friday at 8:30PM on Ch 151.

#BBB NEWS| 'Highlites With Ik' Takes A Look At Dance Moves That Have Reigned In Nigeria And Africa At Large [PHOTOS]

What can bring people together even if they don’t know each other? What can unite a city/community? NO! it’s not free food or giveaways. It’s Dance. On this episode of Highlites with Ik, we do just that.

We take a look at dance moves that have reigned and are still reigning in Nigeria and Africa at large, ranging from Galala to makossa, Swoo,  Yahooze, Skelewu, Shakiti Bobo and now Dab? The funny thing about all these dances is that they have a funny way of making us look silly and sometimes ugly but hey! If its dance, be sure we’ll be a part of it.

The show starts with an amazing performance by Hillary Jackson. On the couch were dance directors Wale Rubber, Bimbo Obafunwa and Captain Quest. They all share their experiences as professional dancers and how hard it was to get people to believe that dancing could be a career path.

The show closes with a performance by soul Quest. See photos from this exciting episode below:

#BBB NEWS| HighlitesWithIK (HWIK): Featuring Yeni Kuti On The Felabration Edition

A lot of things come to mind when we hear the name 'Fela Anikulapo Kuti'. Many see him as the godfather of afro beat, a human right activist (which he is) and some see him as the crazy man that wore under pants to perform on the stage.

In celebration of Fela's legacy, we have 'Felabration' (a yearly event), which will hold from the 12th - 18th of October. 'Felabration' is Yeni's (Fela's first child) brain child (an idea or invention which is considered to be a particular person's creation).

On this episode of highlites with ik, we get to sit with Fela's daughter Yeni Kuti or YK as she's fondly called and she talks about her dad like we've never heard of before now. She talks about growing up with the great Fela and the kind of father and man he really was.

Please find attached photos from the episode shoot which airs on Saturday 10th at 8:15pm. And for anyone who misses it, the repeat shows on Wednesday at 22:00CAT.

#BBB NEWS| Highlites With IK: Urban Legends Episode feat. Nikki Laoye, Linda Ejiofor and OC Ukeke [PHOTOS]

Highlites With IK comes back with another interesting/ exciting episode which you definitely don't want to and should'nt miss. Remember all those funny but kinda spooky stories we used to share back then in boarding house? On this episode of Highlites with Ik, we go back in time to discuss those stories and urban tales.

The guests on the couch Nikki Laoye, Linda Ejiofor and OC Ukeke also share their experiences, and urban tales about madam koikoi, baba dudu and the rest. I'm sure many (hostel) people can relate with this.

At the end of the interview, the guest get to play a game with IK where they have to act a mini role given to them, which turns out quite hilarious as OC was made to act a man already at the alter only to discover the bride isn't his woman, Nikki Laoye was to advertise and convince us about a product and Linda a woman whose friend was killed (Chinese woman).

The show was closed with Nikki Laoye performing one of her songs while IK, OC and Linda were back up dancers.

#BBB NEWS| Highlites With IK: Radio Personality Episode Feat. Yaw, Dan Foster And More [PHOTOS]

HWIK comes back stronger with another exciting Episode, and this time OAP's are the topic of discussion. Ever wondered what life would be like without OAPs? Especially when you think about how much time you spend in traffic and how their voices help you get through it all....

On this episode of Highlites With IK, the host IK get to interact with On air personalities, get a feel and understanding of what they do and how its done. It no doubt that OAPs are unique in their deliveries with some having American accents that they got from going to either Ghana, South Africa or even Spain..LOL!! I'm sure you have an idea...

We get to see and hear Eyo and Dallas trash out this issue of funky accents from OAPs, how we got to this point and how it became acceptable in Nigeria.
