A statement by Alh Isiaq Ajibola, Chairman, Media/ Publicity Committee, said that President Muhammadu Buhari, the Vice President, Senate President, Members of the National and State Assemblies, State Governors, Federal Ministers and Captains of Industry are expected at the occasion.
He recalled that as part of the handing-over preparations, the Kogi State government led by the outgoing Governor, Capt Idris Wada, recently set up a Transition Committee which has been meeting with a similar committee set up by the incoming governor, to ensure a smooth transition.
