#BBB NEWS| Must See! Watch 16 Year Old Beyonce Speak On Achieving Goals And Remaining Humble [VIDEO]

Long before Beyonce became known as Queen Bey who dropped surprise albums, destroyed edges and commanded us to get in formation, she was just a teen from Texas in the beginning stages of her career with Destiny’s Child.

Successfield, an organization aimed at motivating others through inspirational quotes and videos from today’s most influential and successful entrepreneurs, business executive and entertainers, dug up a old video of 16 year old Beyonce in which she outlined what it takes to be successful.

Sporting a new navel ring, a thick Texas accent and chock full of 16 year old goodness, Beyonce’s rules for success as a teen don’t seem to really differ from Lemonade Beyonce.

“My advice is to keep God first. That’s the main thing, keep God first. We go to church every Sunday together and I think that’s what gives this group the bond that we have. Pray every night and be serious with your prayers. Also, stay humble. I know we’re going to stay humble. If you ever meet me and I have a little attitude, just slap me.”

#BBB NEWS| WATCH: Beyonce Releases Extended Visuals For “Lemonade” And Per Usual, The Internet Breaks [VIDEO]

Just 24 hours ago, (April 16) Beyonce stopped time (like she normally does) to tease a video for her new single “Lemonade” on Instagram.

During the 15-second clip, Bey announced she’d premiere the full-length video at 9PM, Saturday April 23. Not even 12 hours later, Bey has released an extended video to promote “Lemonade” which, per usual, broke the Internet.

In the video, spliced images–some black and white, others color–create the new stunning visual, which was uploaded to the “Formation” singer’s Instagram account Sunday night (April 17). Images of Beyonce wearing a wedding dress, wielding a baseball bat, smashing surveillance cameras and sitting in a field all explode off the screen.

Other striking images include her dancers with painted faces and a cameo from model Winnie Harlow.
