Rihanna can now add another award to her expansive collection. The entertainer was the center of Footwear News’  30th annual Achievement Awards in New York Tuesday evening (Nov. 29).

It was announced in November that the singer’s Puma “Creeper” shoe would be crowned as “Shoe of the Year.” “In my wildest dreams, I never would have imagined an honor like ‘shoe of the year,’” the singer said last month. “It means so much to me to make a mark like this in the shoe and sneaker industry and to have so many people share my love for the creeper.”

Rih Rih got to share with the audience of shoe aficionados a heartfelt speech that highlighted her eternal love for fashion and first footwear endeavor with Puma. “I didn’t expect people to love it the way I do, and the way they’ve supported it means so much to me,” she said. “All the Creeper fans and all the kids in the street inspire me by doing things their own way.”

The award was previously won by Kanye West in 2015 for the Yeezy Boost 350 and the Adidas Stan Smith in 2014. The singer has become one of the world’s most renounced Caribbean sensations with a business savvy attitude. Since its launch in September 2015, the shoe has sold out in just moments.

Rihanna and Travi$ Scott have been seen getting (searches for the right word) rather “cozy” as of late. The “B*tch Better Have My Money” singer and the Rodeo artist were caught kissing at her block party this week.

While neither one of the musicians have come forward about their “relationship” love (or lust) is definitely in the air.

But it seems as if the two might be doing more than just dating. According to a photo that surfaced online Sunday (September 13) Rih Rih and Travis are working together on Rihanna’s new PUMA campaign.

The details are scarce as of now, but Rihanna, who became the creative director of the brand back in December, recently released her full PUMA ad. Fans showcased a pair of kicks–a simple black suede shoe with camel colored sole–which may hit shelves soon, and in the unofficial campaign photos, Rihanna is seen wearing them.

While beach season maybe (almost) over, that doesn’t mean you still can’t look fly in the gym. Back in December, Rihanna announced she’s Puma’s new creative director, and on Monday (August 31) released her ad with the company via her Instagram account.

The black-and-white clip finds the Bajan pop star showing off her washboard abs, while sporting a tennis bra and sweats and oozing beaucoup sex appeal.

As the creative director, RiRi will will work alongside Puma to design and customize classic Puma styles as well as create new styles to add to the Puma product portfolio according to Women’s Wear Daily.

If we’re being honest, Rihanna could wear a brown paper bag and make it look stylish, sending all paper brown bags flying off the shelves.
