First reported by TheJasmineBrand, Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele from the band the American Dollar are suing Hov and TIDAL.
According to the claim, TIDAL streamed 116 of the band’s songs and never paid royalties. In addition to that claim, the suit states, TIDAL used inaccurate numbers to make payments to artists, causing them to lose out on as much as 35 percent.
