#BBB NEWS| Kano INEC Commissioner, Family Burnt To Death

News just reaching Daily Independent has it that the Kano State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Alhaji Abdullahi Minkaila is dead together with members of his family. They were all burnt to death.

Minkaila was burnt to death along with his wife and two children, in an inferno which engulfed his residence on Thursday evening.

Eyewitness accounts has it that Minkaila and his family were rushed to the Murtala Mohammed specialist hospital where they eventually gave up the ghost on Friday morning.

As at press time, the cause of the mysterious inferno is yet to be ascertained.

When contacted, the spokesman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano, Mallam Garba confirmed the incident, but declined to speak further for now.
