The MMG leader was taken into custody after authorities stopped him for a window tint violation, according to WSB-TV. When the officer opened the driver’s door of the Bentley, the side that the Rozay was seated, he reportedly smelled marijuana and physically searched the vehicle for the substance.
Atlanta Journal Constitution reports five blunts were found. TMZ adds that Ross gave the police permission to search the car when they asked.
This is not the first time Ross has been accused of such charges. The Bawse was coincidentally arrested last year around the same time in North Carolina after a concert for a warrant on a misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
