Diddy’s day in court will not come to fruition. The media mogul’s assault charge against a UCLA football coach has been dropped, TMZ reports.

Late last month, the New York native was up against three counts of assault with a deadly weapon — a kettleball — and in addition making terrorist threats. The Los Angeles County D.A. felt the case was unsustainable, therefore dismissed any further investigation.

Diddy recently released a statement on the assault charges against him that occurred on the UCLA campus where his son, Justin, plays football.

Things just went from bad to worse for Diddy because the rap mogul is now being accused of making terroristic threats during the fight at UCLA.

Diddy was arrested Monday after allegedly attacking UCLA football strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi at the university athletic complex.

Diddy was initially held on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon because witnesses say he swung a kettlebell at Alosi — but later that night, officials tacked on more charges:
