Late last month, the New York native was up against three counts of assault with a deadly weapon — a kettleball — and in addition making terrorist threats. The Los Angeles County D.A. felt the case was unsustainable, therefore dismissed any further investigation.
Diddy’s not out the clear just yet though, with reports stating that he could still have a set of misdemeanor charges looming over his head.
