Season 2 of Power is in full swing. Check out 10 of the best lines from last night’s episode.

“Same old Ghost. I love it when you take care of sh*t.” — Tasha

Tasha loves when Ghost–not James St. Patrick–shows up to handle business, which is why she was elated to know the hired executioner was finally dead. Her happiness was short lived when Ghost told her he wasn’t the one responsible for her death prompting both of them to wonder who’s the one really after their drug business.

“I don’t want to keep playing these games. I like you and you like me too.”– Sean

Despite what his father told him, Sean made a move on Tasha and was finally honest with her about his feelings. Tasha reciprocated, but insisted that nothing will come from their mutual attraction.

“We have an event coming up for VIBE Magazine.”– Kantos

Ghost is still playing errand boy for Stern and unfortunately his former manager now turned boss, Kantos. He returns to the club, contracts signed, only to find out they’re throwing a party for VIBE magazine. The only catch: the budget is small and there’s no V.I.P. Stern and Kantos did this intentionally to ensure Ghost never earns enough to buy his club back.

“Now my crew can single handedly take over that territory. Take care of that little powder problem you have.” –Kanon.

After Kanon killed Qdubs, him and Tommy meet with Ghost and admit to the killings. While Ghost is a pissed a simple sit-down turned into a crime scene, Kanon “steps up” to run the territory Qdubs once operated.

“I mean I really wanna be flattered, but I’m not stupid.”– Keisha.

Keisha is nobody’s fool. While she has a Jones for her Sean, she knows Sean only has eyes for Tasha. After Tasha issued the curve and told Sean nothing can happen between them, Sean made his way to Keisha’s house for a sweet night cap.

“Travel fee? Your client lives in Brooklyn. He doesn’t have a metrocard?”– Ghost

Ghost is up against the ropes and needs to make sure his party is a success. He contacts his Miami connect to get a few big name athletes to stop by Truth but must pay their “travel fee” in order to do so. Running out of money, he takes from the drug money. A major no-no.

“Thanks for asking. I did love my massage.”– Tasha

After Keisha told Tasha about her and Sean’s rendezvous, Keisha advised Tasha to not be so trusting of her husband just yet. Tasha then took it upon herself to go searching through Ghost’s clothes to find a hotel receipt from his trip to Miami and learns that their relationship isn’t as solid as she assumed.

“Kanon has the right idea about a lot of sh*t” — Tommy

While Ghost is still apprehensive about Kanon, Tommy is on board with bringing him on to move twice the product from Lobos. Tommy insists that Kanon–who taught both of them everything they know–is the only one who can help them get back to even.

“Get surveillance of Egan, but we’ll have to talk to St. Patrick for sure”–Mike Sandoval

After presenting her evidence, Angela gets reinstated to the task force designed to take down Lobos. Angela is still under the belief Tommy is Ghost, but is then told by her superior to contact Jamie St. Patrick for questioning.

“Why do you need her so badly?”– Angela

Ghost tells Angela Tasha kicked him out of the house. Under the assumption Ghost already told Tasha about their relationship, Angela realizes Ghost has been lying to both of them to keep the piece. Angela gets angry and wonders why Ghost won’t leave an unhappy relationship and questions what is it about Tasha that he needs so much.
