In the magazine cover baby Titan is resting his head on his mother's chest, as doting dad Tim only had eyes for his little one.
Former Destiny's Child singer Kelly opened up in the interview with the magazine about marriage, motherhood and missing her mother, who sadly passed away at the end of last year.
The Motivation singer confirmed Doris Rowland Garrison, 66, passed away on November 4, one day after going into cardiac arrest.
The 34-year-old said: "My road to my happiness hasn't been an easy one.
"It hasn't been peachy all the time, but I am so, so happy."
Kelly said she had remained strong and positive, "surrounded with so much love," thanks to friends and family including former bandmate Beyonce.
She continued: "My priority is my husband first," she laughed. "That's how the baby got there."
