The 49 year old pop icon will be honored during the 15th annual award ceremony at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
Before accepting her well deserved award, some of today’s biggest stars will perform a dance tribute in her honor including Ciara, Tinashe and Jason Derulo.
Jackson will embark on her Unbreakable World Tour, her first in seven years. The award show will also include performances from Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar and the cast of Empire
The festivities go down Sunday, June 28 at 8pm.
