The site, which Snoop said he hopes will give smokers “an opportunity to come out of the closet and admit they like to smoke,” was feted earlier this week at the rapper’s birthday slash website launch party.
The celebration, which took place at Moonlight Skating Rink in California, saw some of entertainment’s biggest names including Ty Dolla Sign, Zendaya, Chris Brown and Daz Dillinger offer the father of three their sincerest congrats and birthday wishes at the same time.
Snoop took to the MerryJane.com homepage to express his elation about the site’s official commencement. “On my birthday, I’m excited to present the opening of MERRY JANE. The awareness and acceptance of our cannabis culture is now at an all-time high – and MERRY JANE is delivering the sophisticated standard our community deserves,” he said.
Prior to the website’s launch, the D-O-G-G and his partner Ted Chung said that the site would provide visitors with a variety of different content. Snoop’s post gave more insight on what exactly guests will see on MerryJane.com.
