#BBB NEWS| Suge Knight And Katt Williams Plead Not Guilty In Camera Robbery Case

Former Death Row boss Suge Knight and comedian Katt Williams will head to trial after pleading not guilty to robbery charges at a hearing on Tuesday (Oct. 27).

Celebrity photographer Leslie Redden claims that the two had taken her camera in September of 2014.

“Attorney Thomas Mesereau said on October 13 that threats Knight made toward Redden were attempts to get her to not shoot photos of his young son,” Fact Mag reports. “A verbal confrontation with Knight was recorded by a camera hanging from Redden’s neck, but the device did not capture the physical struggle over her professional camera.”

No trial date has been set, and the two will attend a second hearing set for Nov. 30.

Both Knight and Williams have faced several legal issues in the past. Last year, Williams allegedly pulled a gun on another man at a West Hollywood comedy club. Knight, whose name has been in the news throughout the summer due to his portrayal in the hit movie Straight Outta Compton, is currently being held on $10 million bail for his involvement in a deadly hit-and-run in January 2015.

The incident left two men dead and one, who was an adviser to the Straight Outta Compton film, seriously injured. Due to his record with armed robbery and assault with a gun, Knight faces a life prison sentence if he is convicted in either case.
