The Canadian rapper’s fourth LP has the most weeks at number one since Taylor Swift’s 2014 album, “1989”, which was last seen at number one for the week of February 21st, 2015.
Views sold 89,000 album units for the week ending July 21st, even though 64% of the sales are from streaming. Sales dropped three percent from last week according to Billboard.
In the last 20 years, Views is only one of eight albums to attain the number one spot for at least 11 weeks.

On the Summer 16 tour, Drake announced he is working on a mixtape during a Friday night show in Kansas City (July 22). The 6-God is also rumored to be collaborating on a joint project with Gucci mane. The release dates for both projects are not yet known.
