Louis Farrakhan posted multiple photos of the duo together on Instagram including one captioned, “I was very honored to meet and talk with my powerful brother and Hip-Hop artist Kendrick Lamar. The religious leader spoke highly of Lamar during a speech in early 2016, saying, “Kendrick Lamar set a new standard [in hip-hop], he freed rappers to come on up. He’s the boss. When the rappers are free to say it like it is and teach their people through music and rap and dance, the cultural revolution is on.”
