Chrissy and John’s relationship is so inspiring that Black-ish creator Kenya Barris wants to start a new sitcom for ABC based on their marriage.

Barris has plans to call the show Ordinary People after, John Legend’s 2004 hit song. She said, “It’s inspired by them—they’re both super creative and super effusive and I’m just fans of them and everything they stand for.”
The project is currently waiting to get the go-ahead for a pilot and if it’s approved we’ll all get a look inside the personal life and relationship of John and Chrissy.
