According to TMZ, the Epic signee’s attorneys created a “bulletproof” plan which entailed “collateral property for family members” to persuade the court to grant Bobby’s release, but it was opposed.
The 20-year-old, real name Ackquille Pollard, has remained in Riker’s Island for close to a year after he was apprehended in NYC and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking, and weapons possession.
The indictment listed 69-counts of the aforementioned charges, which also saw the arrest of Rowdy Rebel and other GS9 members. Since Bobby’s incarceration, reports have also stated that he’ll possibly face seven more years in jail for the reveal of new charges.
Reportedly after a visit with his apparent girlfriend, Kimberly Rousseau, he was caught attempting to smuggle a “sharpened metal object.” If he is found guilty for this occurrence, he could most likely face an additional seven years behind bars.
Bobby’s next court date will arrive in January.
