Rozay headed down south on Saturday (March 5) to take part in Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity’s first service project in Fayette County. While there, he spoke with the organization’s CEO, Kem Kimbrough, Fayetteville’s Mayor Ed Johnson, and families in the region, and even got his hands dirty by painting the veteran’s home.
According to a press release, the Mastermind rapper stayed at the location for two hours and seriously discussed his future involvement with the organization.
“Anything that I can do, I want to do it,” he said at the site.
Renzel took to Instagram today (March 8) to announce his participation with the nonprofit that is purposed to help “low income families find opportunity, stability, and improve their quality of life.”

The 40-year-old’s charitable venture is the latest in rappers giving back to those in need. This past Christmas, 2 Chainz also helped a veteran by using some of the proceeds from his wildly popular “Dabbin Santa” sweaters on new furniture and a full-year of paid rent for a single mother.
The ColleGrove rapper continued his cheerful giving by surprising another family with a new minivan after they lost their belongings in a house fire that left one of the children with severe brain damage.
