Matt Starks said Cole gave he and his wife great seats to his New Jersey show, and later described a conversation he had with a young girl sitting next to him. Via the post, Starks says the young girl didn’t pay a penny to see Cole because he flew her in.
As the two start talking, he learns about her circumstances. It turns out the girl in question is Cierra Bosarge, the fan who wrote Cole a letter thanking him for his music, and asking if he could attend her high school graduation. Not only did Cole respond, but he was there when Bosarge received her high school diploma.
