#BBB NEWS| Bill Cosby And Hugh Hefner Sued In Sexual Battery Case

A model by the name of Chloe Goins has re-filed a sexual assault case against Bill Cosby, and Hugh Hefner is also being sued by Goins for conspiracy, sexual battery and gender violence among other charges, since the alleged assault occurred at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

Vulture reports, “Goins, who was then 18, claims that Hefner introduced her to Cosby, illegally served her alcohol and possibly other substances, and told her to “lie down” in a bedroom when she appeared ill.”

The lawsuit states that Hefner’s actions of “inviting and hosting young and impressionable and possibly minor children at his residence, and providing alcoholic beverages and or foreign substances was negligent at the very least.”

The accusations fall within the state of California’s statute of limitations to prosecute both men. Cosby is currently facing criminal sexual assault charges after being accused of lascivious acts by more than 50 women.

In 2014, Hefner said that the allegations against his good friend Cosby were “truly saddening.”
