Bill Cosby has walked away free of charges in many of his defamation lawsuits, but now the former comedian is walking back into court, firing back with a lawsuit of his own.

Cosby is confronting one of his alleged rape victims, Andrea Constand with a breach-of-contract lawsuit.

Constand first came forward in 2004 with allegations of drugged, sexual abuse, which similarly mimicked many of the other allegations made against Cosby. According to Cosby, Constand disclosed confidential information, although both parties complied with an agreement formed in result of her 2005 civil case.

“Despite the strong and unambiguous provisions in the Confidential Settlement Agreement, defendants repeatedly disclosed information that they promised to keep secret,” Cosby’s team asserted in a redacted form of his complaint, according to Deadline.

#BBB NEWS| President Obama May Consider Revoking Bill Cosby’s Presidential Medal of Freedom

The controversy surrounding Bill Cosby’s rape allegations has led to a plethora of companies and organizations severing ties with comedian.

As he now faces up to ten years in jail for charges of aggravated indecent assault, one politician is looking to discontinue Cosby’s relationship with yet another establishment: The White House.

According to TIME, Arizona Republican Congressman Paul Gosar has introduced a bill that will allow President Obama to revoke Cosby’s Presidential Medal of Freedom.

When probed about rescinding Cosby’s honor back in July, President Obama said that there was “no precedent for revoking a medal” under law. Now that Gosar is looking to implement legislation, White House press secretary Josh Earnest told ABC News that Obama will have to “take a look” at the possibility.

“It’s something that Congress will have to consider,” Earnest said. “We’ll take a look at the proposal if Congress takes a vote on it and we’ll let you know if the President chooses to sign it.”

#BBB NEWS| The Game Compares The Case Of Bill Cosby To The Killings Of Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown & Tamir Rice [PHOTO]

The charging of Bill Cosby with felony sexual assault charges continues to generate opinions from all corners of the Internet.

The previously celebrated comedian and actor now faces up to ten years in jail, and former fans and celebrities alike have taken to social media to give their two cents on the matter. Next up to speak their piece? The Game. Posting a series of photos to his Instagram page that read “Black Lives Splatter,” the Compton rapper wrote a lengthy caption about the case against Cosby.

Comparing the charging of Cosby to the non-indictment of the killers of Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, Tamir Rice, Keith Childress and Sean Bell, The Game lamented the justice system’s knack for letting officers who have killed young black men go free.

Taking the stance that Cosby has been charged based on hearsay while officers have not been charged for crimes committed on camera, the rapper questioned why his alleged victims waited to share their stories. While calling rape a “huge deal,” The Game also shamed social media users for sharing Cosby memes:

#BBB NEWS| Bill Cosby Is Reportedly Blind, Suffering From Degenerative Eye Disease [PHOTO]

As Bill Cosby faces up to ten years for felony sexual assault charges, the looming case against him has led to a varied amount of opinions on the matter.

In yet another component of the impending trial, the once-beloved comedian’s health has been referenced his attorney, Monica Pressley. On an interview with CBS This Morning, Pressley called Cosby a “blind man.”

“He’s a 78-year-old blind man who they’ve chosen to charge, that’s not a defense to a charge, that’s just a fact.”

According to a report by Daily Mail, Cosby is suffering from keratoconus, a condition that causes the thinning of the cornea. As the domed-shaped cornea thins, the eyes begin to bulge to a cone shape, leading to “blurring, ghosting, multiple images, starbursts and glaring.” The clouding of Cosby’s right eye is visible in the mugshot taken after he was taken into custody on Dec. 30. In his defamation lawsuit against supermodel Beverly Johnson–one of his accusers–Cosby was referred to as “legally and functionally.”

#BBB NEWS| Bill Cosby’s Wife Forced To Testify In Defamation Lawsuit

Bill Cosby’s wife of 50 years, Camille Cosby, will be forced to testify in a defamation lawsuit filled by several women who have accused the famed comedian of sexual misconduct.

According to reports, on Thursday (December 31st) U.S. Judge Magistrate David Hennessey in Springfield, Mass., said Camille Cosby failed to prove she and her husband were protected by the state’s marital disqualification law.

Judge Hennessey also denied claims the value of Camille’s testimony would be outweighed by the “undue burden” of the deposition.

A lawyer for Cosby’s accusers, Joseph Cammarata, argued last month he should be able to question Cosby’s wife because she may have had “information that’s relevant to the litigation in this matter.”

In a motion filed December 18, Cosby’s lawyers said Camille doesn’t have any information about the women’s accusations, and subjecting Camille to a deposition is unnecessary.

#BBB NEWS| Damon Wayans Calls Bill Cosby Scandal A “Money Hustle,” Says Alleged Victims Look “Un-Rapeable” [VIDEO]

The unraveling of Bill Cosby’s reputation by way of a legion of women who claimed to have been drugged and raped by the formerly beloved icon does not sit well with Damon Wayans.

During a recent sit down with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, the comedian offered his thoughts on the scandal, calling it a “money hustle.” Asked about in advice he offers Cosby, Wayans encouraged him to “tell the truth.”

“If I was him, I would divorce my wife, wink-wink, give her all my money, and then I would go do a deposition,” Wayans said. “I would light one of them three-hour cigars. I’d have some wine and maybe a Quaalude, and I would just go off, because I don’t believe that he was raping. I think that he was in relationships with all of them.”

Candidly expressing his disbelief in the accusations leveled against Cosby, Wayans questioned his alleged victims’ readiness to accept pills from the comedian. He also proposed that the women rallied against Cosby after he decided to discontinue relations with them. Wayans also offered a quip about the appearance of the accusers, referring to them as “un-rapeable.”
