#BBB NEWS| Comedian Eddie Griffin Defends Bill Cosby: “Nobody Leaves This Business Clean”

While Bill Cosby’s legal woes continue, comedian Eddie Griffin lashed out against Cosby accusers, even going as far as saying his arrest is part of an effort to ruin black male entertainers.

“There is a systematic effort to destroy every black male entertainer’s image.”the 47-year-old said. “They want us all to have an asterisks by our name. Kobe, raped a white woman in Colorado. Dr. Cosby, raped 37 b—hes and counting. Nobody leaves this business clean.”

During a nearly 15 minute interview with VLADTV Thursday, (December 31) the Kansas City native alluded to the notion that discrediting Cosby after all his contributions because of 30-year-old allegations was questionable.

“The man has singlehandedly sent a bunch of brothers and sisters to college, even if he didn’t pay for it himself, he gave them the idea that it’s possible,” the former Malcolm & Eddie star said. The mother f—ker was so generous with his money, he bought colleges colleges and then some p—y is so suppose to tear that down?

Allegations against The Cosby Show actor received new attention in October 2014 when comedian Hannibal Burress spoke of them during a stand-up performance in Philadelphia. Since then, several dozen women have come forward accusing the 78-year-old of sexual assault allegations, all of which he denied. A 2005 sealed deposition later became public in which the famed comedian admitted to giving women quaaludes before sexual encounters.

On Wednesday (December 30) Cosby was free on a $1 million bail after being formally charged with felony sexual assault from an incident that allegedly took place in 2004.

Despite it all, Griffin just isn’t buying it.

“Thirty years!? I don’t understand that. That’s like a mother f—ker robbin’ me and I wait 30 years to call the police ‘I got robbed!’
