#BBB NEWS| Nicki Minaj Ignores Protesters & Performs In Angola [PHOTOS]

Recently, Nicki Minaj was asked by The Human Rights Foundation to cancel her performance in Angola, which was paid by the alleged corrupt Angolan dictator's communications company Unitel.

Despite their efforts to prevent her public concert for the Christmas festival, the 33-year-old still attended and posted several photos on her official Instagram page.

Dec. 19, the Queens-bred rapper posted a photo of her wrapped in the country's flag, captioning it, "Reppin the flag on my back. ANGOLA I LOVE UUUUUUUUUUUUU. THANK UUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! Muuuuaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!"

According to The New York Times, the group's president Thor Halvorssen, stated that "Nicki Minaj is a global artist," Halvorssen added, "Millions of people look up to her for creative inspiration. There is no good reason for her to do business with the corrupt Angolan dictatorship and endorse the ruler's family company."
