The result stemmed from a 2004 case with former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand, who said Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at his home in Elkins Park, Penn.
A day following the court proceedings, the 78-year-old’s attorney, Monique Pressley, is speaking out against the ruling. “If you look at the deposition you will see that there is no admission of criminal wrongdoing with respect to Mr. Cosby,” she said.
Pressley later stated her client has been “accused unjustly of a crime,” and “there will be no consideration on our part of any sort of arrangement.”
