According to Bossip, Mosley petitioned for the divorce on June 22 with some pretty pricey requests to go along with it. Permanent alimony, life insurance, private school funds, vacations and summer camps were among the list of demands Mrs. Mosley has her eye on.
Bossip also reported that she wishes for Timbaland to pay her court fees, claiming that a friend helped her pay for the lawyer to back her end of the divorce settlement.
Prior to their 2013 split, Mosley and the acclaimed multi-genre producer had a 10-year relationship and were married for five. Though Mosley and Timbo share one daughter, she also has a child from a previous relationship. She canned the first divorce filing after the two reconciled, but now things seem to have gone sour again.
Timbaland nor his team have yet to release any statements regarding the split.
In more positive news for Timbo, the executive producer of Fox’s acclaimed hip-hop drama, Empire, is gearing up for new faces and music for next season. Hopefully he can keep the focus set on the series’ dangerously-anticipated second season, even through these trying times.
