#BBB NEWS| Kobe Bryant Sets NBA Auction Record With Sale Of His Final All-Star 2016 Jersey

Kobe Bryant is just continuing to break records. The Los Angeles Laker broke all barriers and a bank account when his coveted final 2016 All-Star game jersey sold for a whopping $100,040, according to NBA Auctions.

It’s a major feat, and it doubled the previous record held by LeBron James when his jersey— the one he first wore when he returned with the Cleveland Cavaliers— sold for $50,040,  reports Sports Illustrated.

Fortunately, for those who don’t have deep enough pockets to afford these pricey items; one can still get a pair of shorts the Black Mamba sported for his eighteenth and final All-Star game for a cool $1,100.

Kobe’s last day on the court is April 13. By then, who knows what other piece of Kobe memorabilia the masses will shell out big bucks for.
