Taking effect on Mar. 1, the rapper has been regulated to his home, and his MMG leader came through with moral support–and his matching house arrest ankle monitor.
In a video posted to social media, Rick Ross and Meek Mill show off their court-ordered accessories, as the former offered a couple of words.
“God bless the hustlers and the soldiers. We gon’ be alright, stay focused.”
Ross was placed on house arrest after allegedly pistol-whipping his groundskeeper. The rapper posted $2 million bail after being taken into custody on assault and kidnapping charges. He was released from house arrest back in November. He was recently charged by a grand jury with aggravated assault, kidnapping, aggravated battery and possession of a firearm while committing a crime.
During Meek Mill’s probation violation hearings, he reportedly tried to convince the judge that he was committed to changing his former life.
“I just want to ask you for a chance to turn that corner and be a changed man,” he said, according Billboard. “You said you saw something in me … I want to prove you right. I believe I can be the bright star you intended me to be.”
